two-part room temperature sulfurated silicone rubber, which features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. When mixed with 2-3 curing agent, they can still be operated within 30 minutes, but will be formed after 2-3 hours. With resistance to deformation, high temperature, acid and alkali, and expansion, silicon flexible molds are used for mold duplication and delicate mold making for poli crafts, resin crafts lighting and candle crafts.

Operations
1. Prepare the original molds: polish your original mold, fix it on a board, then use four piece of board to enclose the original mold;
2. Mix silicone rubber with curing agent with 1:1 by weight, stir it evenly.
Notes: Molding silicone rubber is a kind of flowing liquid and it contains two parts. Part A is a kind of white flowing liquid and part B is the curing agent. Remember to mix part A and part B evenly, otherwise the silicone rubber will be partly solidified and this will give birth to difficulties in your final operation. What¡¯s more, the finished silicone mold will meet a short life. All of these will cause a waste of silicone rubber.
3. Pour molding
Evenly and slowly perfuse the mixed silicone rubber into the square frame. After the cross linking reaction and the silicone rubber turns dry, you can take the products out. Thus, the mold has been done.
4.Demold
Although the curing time 4or 5 hours, it is better you use the silicone mold after 24 hours, which can make the silicone mold more durable.
